We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes under any circumstances. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the messaging service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested.

SMS / Text Message Marketing

Sunshine Novelty offers an optional SMS marketing program for licensed business customers. Participation is entirely voluntary and is never required in order to browse our site, open a wholesale account, or place an order.

How we collect your consent

We only send marketing text messages to mobile numbers whose owner gave prior express written consent by checking an opt-in box that is unchecked by default. You can give that consent on our SMS signup page, at checkout, or on our Wholesale Application. The consent language displayed at the moment you opt in reads:

We keep a record of every opt-in, including the mobile number, the date and time, the page where consent was given, and the exact consent language shown at that moment.

How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further marketing messages to that number. Who we share it with

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. We use Omnisend as our messaging service provider solely to deliver the messages you have asked us to send. Omnisend processes your number on our behalf under contract and may not use it for its own marketing.

Age restriction

Our SMS program is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and who are authorized representatives of a licensed business. We do not knowingly enroll anyone under 21.
