How the Match Price Guarantee works when you buy from our store: If you find a lower price on a product available at any other authorized wholesale distributor, we'll match the price.
Local Competitors
- Sunshine Novelty will match prices with physical warehouses within your local area, meaning nearby warehouses that sell the same products under similar terms.
Guidelines & Limitations
- You must have an open and enabled account as a customer at Sunshine Novelty. If you are not yet a customer, you can fill out the application on our website.
- We will match the price if you purchase a qualifying item at Sunshine Novelty, and is in stock available.
- Original receipts, physical or digital, or invoice or ads, are required for price adjustments. (This may involve the cashier or manager contacting the competitor.)
- The item must be identical in brand, size, weight, color, quantity and model number.
- Price matches may be requested at time of purchase and invoice must be within 14 days of purchase.
- Price match of items sold by any competitor in store or online are not available in other states, only FL competitor.
- The store manager on duty has the final decision on any Price Match.
Excluded Retailers and products from price match
- The Sunshine Novelty does not match products sold on auction or membership-based sites.
- Sunshine Novelty does not match products that are not part of our regular stock.
- Sunshine Novelty has the full right to decline any price match that is not logical.
- The competitor must have the item in stock at the lower price.
- Show Sunshine Novelty a printout flyer, invoice or website link that displays the competitor lower price you can do this in-store by presenting the information to the cashier at time of checkout.
- If you notice a price drop after purchasing an order at Sunshine Novelty, you can request a price adjustment within 7 days of your purchase. All you need to do is just bring proof of the competitor’s lower prices like (invoice, printout, flyer or website link) to cashier or customer service desk.
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, discount on total store or site purchase, deals that require a minimum purchase, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a competitor.
- Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional codes or lightning sales.
- Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor coupon offers, loyalty cards, promotional. codes or lightning sales (including Amazon Prime or Amazon Fresh Exclusive offers). Advertised pricing from a competitor based on typographical error or misprint “Marketplace” prices from third party sellers.
- Seasonal, discontinued, obsolete, clearance, distressed or going-out-of-business sale merchandise.
- Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors
- Items sold via a third-party or discount site - meaning any products that are not sold directly by a competing retailer.
- Open-box merchandise as well as reconditioned, refurbished or previously discounted products
- Rebates, free offers, or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (such as Spring Black Friday, Black Friday and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offers.
